Liffey Mills is one of the largest agricultural merchants and animal feed supplier in the Republic of Ireland. They specialise in the manufacture of animal feedstuffs and also provide both inputs and technical advice to tillage customers and purchase their grain at harvest. They operate from five locations, including three animal feed mills, a toasting and flaking plant and have grain handling and drying facilities on four sites.
The Brief:
Liffey Mills came to Graphic Index to discuss their advertising and branding. As a long established business they felt that more consistency and focus was needed in their visual communications.
What We Did:
Graphic Index conducted a brand audit to review the existing brand and how it was being implemented. With the business over 30 years old and with origins dating back to the 1930s there was significant value in the existing brand in terms of recognition and loyalty. We considered this as we focused on overhauling the brand within a contemporary context. This work laid the platform for design and implementation of a new corporate identity.
We also initiated a strategic marketing exercise focused on digital marketing and the company’s online presence which led to the design and development of a new company website.
