The Offaly GAA Hurling Player Pathway is a guide for long term player development. It informs mentors, parents and players as to what they should be doing at a particular time in their playing careers.

The Brief: 
Offaly GAA contacted Graphic Index in order to design a 40-page booklet that would assist coaches and parents in providing the maximum enjoyment and stimulation for players at the various stages of their hurling career. A cover design that reflected the journey a player takes during their career was a key aspect to the design of the booklet.

What We Did: 
We designed a booklet with the Offaly county colours as the main colour scheme to make it unique to Offaly GAA, and a front cover that depicts a child hurler alongside an adult hurler. This reflects the growth that a player goes through as they go from child player to seasoned athlete. All the information and recommendations are laid out in a clear and concise manner, to help both coach and player understand and communicate effectively.
