Tullamore Credit Union is one of the largest in the Ireland and promotes their motto “Local, Loyal and Lending”. “Our total focus is on our members who are both our customers and our owners”.
The Brief:
Tullamore Credit Union sat down with us a number of years ago to discuss the design of a new brand which could be applied to a vast array of communication material and grow and evolve with the organisation. The organisation’s annual report is the largest individual design and print project undertaken by them on an ongoing basis and required design and print management services.
What We Did:
Graphic Index conducted a brand audit to explore the values of the organisation and their relationship with their members and the community. This process provided the essence of the brand which we visualised through a contemporary reinterpretation of their Phoenix logo. We developed a colour scheme and styling guidelines that would be applied to a new corporate identity involving signage, in-branch communication, promotional literature and exhibition material. Over time we have designed a wide range of material as the brand environment develops.
We then initiated a strategic review of the Credit Union’s online presence which involved consultation with the board of directors and members. This engagement proved successful in promoting online engagement with members and led to a redesign of their website and a fresh focus on digital media.
Graphic Index also provide design and print management services to Tullamore Credit Union on many projects including their annual Calendar and Annual Report which involves personalised communication with almost 30,000 members.
